Client: Qatar Chemical Co. (Q-Chem & Q-Chem II)

This call-off project involved the overhaul and repair of 415V electrical motors and submersible pumps supporting Q-Chem and Q-Chem II facilities. The scope included electrical testing, dismantling, mechanical inspection, rewinding where required, seal replacement, and reassembly. Pumps and motors were restored to meet operational efficiency and safety standards critical to petrochemical operations. Preventive maintenance practices were applied to reduce the risk of unexpected failures. All repairs were completed in compliance with plant safety protocols and OEM specifications. The project ensured continuous plant availability while extending equipment service life in a demanding industrial environment.
